As a System Engineer W/M, you participate in the design and commissioning, in project mode, of the production infrastructures hosting our software solutions. You supervise its operation by monitoring the alerts of the system. You ensure the security of the production servers. You process system requests and faults. You write procedures detailing recurring transactions and perform one-off training for clients.

Short visits a tour customer sites are expected.

Have you got the profile to join us?

If you have a bachelor’s degree +3 years at University, on IT, specialized in computer system and networks, and at least 3 years of experience, you will be comfortable in the field, you have chances to match with the job. But this is not enough! In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone who is passionate about collaborative work and demonstrates a real team spirit. The following technical skills are necessary, too:

Linux Server administration (preferably RedHat) ;
Microsoft Windows Server administration ;

Management Controller M/W

As part of a job creation, under the responsibility of the Administrative and Financial Director and in liaison with the Business Manager, you will intervene on our two establishments of Lorient and Bordeaux. Your main tasks at this position will be:

Perform and consolidate activity supervision on weekly, monthly, and quarterly bases
Participate in budget preparation and monitoring of gaps directly related to the general accounting
Conduct the verification and monthly analysis of gaps between forecasts and project achievements
Ensure data collection and validation
Participate in the monthly group reporting in English with gap analysis related to the budget
Contribute to the production of management indicators (monthly, quarterly, annual)
Intervene on co-construction of production standards in collaboration with production managers and project managers

If you studied Business School Graduate, of have a Master’s Degree in Management Control or equivalent, if you have solid knowledge in cost and general accounting. You have a minimum of 5 years experience in the industrial sector and you master the concepts of ranges, nomenclatures and hourly rates. You have a very good command of Excel; ideally you are familiar with IFRS and SAP software.

Manager of General Services M/W

Your missions for this position will be:

Management of services and equipment: travel, car fleet and maintenance

Test Coordinator and Commissioning M/W

As a Test Coordinator and Commissioning M/W, you represent the company with the customer on construction sites in France and abroad. You are, in this context, attached to the project management and account managers.

You take charge of the coordination of tests and the commissioning of intralogistics process installations. Thus, you supervise a multidisciplinary team on site (20 to 50 people) for these operations in close connection with the client and report to the Business Manager on the progress of the work.

Your mission will also includes the following funcionts :

Participate in design reviews, creation of on-site assembly schedule and / or preparation of workshop modules
Distribute work among all stakeholders and monitor progress and quality
Manage and coordinate the overall planning and the good performance of the site as well as the various stakeholders
Periodically analyze potential risks and inherent risks
Manage installation tests and recipes
Animate daily and weekly briefings
Perform coordination and reporting towards the customer, the Business Manager and the technical referents
Record and trace anomalies for continuous improvement

Industrial Facilities Site Manager M/W

Within the project team, led by a Business Manager, and under the responsibility of the production manager, you lead a team of 2 to more than 10 people to install and commission automated transit and storage systems.

Your activity is 80% of the time on the assembly site at our customers (France and abroad) completed by a preparation of equipment in the company workshop.

As H / F industrial site manager, your main tasks will be to:

Divide the work between your team members and control the progress and quality. You will also be responsible for the good performance of your site
Report progress to the site coordinator and your service manager
Receive, unload and control compliance of products and equipment to be assembled on site. You will also be in charge of the management of this equipment on the site.
Ensure that the services performed by your team comply with the defined specifications and implement the necessary actions as needed
Record and trace anomalies for continuous improvement
Implement the different procedures related to quality assurance and security within your team
Carry out as necessary the final checks and tests of the installation with, depending on the case, the Business Manager and / or the coordinator
Train the customer’s staff in the operation and maintenance of the equipment installation

If you are graduated in professional Maintenance of Industrial Equipmnt Industrial or mechanical / electrical engineering (BTS or DUT appreciated), you master, by your experience of 5 years minimum, the implementation of assembly and / or wiring. The commissioning of automated conveying and storage systems and your knowledge of automation will be an additional asset.

In addition to your technical skills, you have the ability to manage and coordinate a site team (internal team, temporary workers, subcontractors). What missions do we propose?

Attached to the business management, you ensure the entire scope of the project (process, mechanics, automation, computer, robotics), its management and management control from definition and launch until final acceptance.
