CGM Probe Sensor for Pig Carcass Grading
The CGM probe sensor is a highly accuracy electronic device that measures, for pork carcasses, various fat and lean thicknesses (in millimetres) and these measurements are then converted into Percentage of Lean Meat.
The CGM probe sensor ensures objective weighing and grading for the valorization of each pork carcasses. It has been jointly developed with the French Association UNIPORC OUEST.
